Friends of Friends is a social platform that helps you discover and connect with friends and friends of friends in real life. To use Friends of Friends, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

You own your content. The profile information, location data, and connections you create on Friends of Friends belong to you. We don't claim any ownership over your content.

By using Friends of Friends, you grant us permission to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service. This includes:

• Storing your profile and location data on our servers
• Displaying your information to you and connections you choose to share with
• Creating backups to protect your data

You can export or delete your content at any time. When you delete content, we'll remove it from our active systems, though backup copies may persist for a reasonable period.

Your location and profile are private by default. You control who can see your information through your privacy and sharing settings.

When you connect with others:

• Your exact location is never shared—only your general area
• Second-degree connections can only reach you through a mutual friend
• You can revoke access or remove connections at any time

Friends of Friends is designed to foster genuine, in-person connections. Please don't:

• Share content that violates others' privacy or rights
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from Friends of Friends
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We work hard to keep Friends of Friends available and reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• Update or modify features to improve the service
• Discontinue features with reasonable notice

We'll always give you the ability to export your data before making significant changes.

Friends of Friends may offer optional paid features in the future. If you purchase these:

• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel
• You can cancel anytime; you'll retain access through the end of your billing period
• Refunds at our discretion

Core privacy features are always free. We'll never put privacy controls behind a paywall.

Friends of Friends is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for:

• Loss of data (though we work hard to prevent this)
• Service interruptions or errors
• Indirect or consequential damages from using the service

We recommend regularly reviewing your account data and privacy settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or through the app. Continued use of Friends of Friends after changes means you accept the updated terms.
